Our latest Databook provides an update on the M1 South Industrial Market

This year has seen a recovery in demand for Big Box units in the M1 South market. Take up in the first half of 2024 was 1.9 million sq ft and there was a further 496,000 sq ft under offer at the end of June. Requirements for Big Box units also increased and take-up for the full year is likely to exceed the 10 year average. Availability remains low at 5.6% and we expect prime industrial rents in M1 South to increase by 3% p.a. between mid-2024 and end-2029.
