Previously known as Fund Management, the team have renamed themselves Investment and Property Management. Heading up the team, Ian Gatiss, Partner, has answered a series of questions to explain why they’ve chosen to change their name.

Why the change from ‘Fund Management’ to ‘Investment and Property Management’?

We have renamed our team to provide more transparency around the services the team can provide to investors because our old name no longer reflected the range and breadth of our service offer or the changed environment of our current and target client base.

What services does the team provide?

Our services are split into two key service lines, reflected in our new name. Investment Management, providing strategic and investment advice for endowments and portfolios, and Property Management, providing the support that an endowment or portfolio requires to continue to run smoothly.

Our team has grown dramatically over the last 10 years and doubled in size from 27 to more than 60 in just five years. Our team’s growth has allowed us to focus people’s talents so that investment and asset managers can drive value and property managers can deliver the stated aims. The extra resource has also helped us to continue to provide a robust and compliant range of services to our clients. Our low staff turnover means that we provide a dedicated service to our clients and build strong relationships so we can best understand how to support and enhance our client’s assets.
