Matthew Jobbins

Matt has a strong background in the education sector – from early years to higher education - but has extensive and proven expertise within the private school sector. From large-scale developments to heritage refurbishments, he takes a project from a client’s vision to the final handover and ensures the product aligns with the client’s brief, and achieves the goals set out from the start.

Architecture and design are an important aspect to Matt. He thrives on the variety of projects, clients, and challenges, and is always looking for opportunities to learn and evolve. One of his achievements includes the bespoke and complex refurbishment of a Grade II listed college building, where he balanced constraints and unique architecture, which was to be protected, with modern criteria. 

Having started his career as an apprentice in Oxford, Matt now mentors junior staff, offering the same level of support and encouragement that he received. He is regularly on site and is known to be approachable and always available.
