She provides clear, structured advice grounded in a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, compliance, and estate strategy.

Rebecca plays a central role in our Rural Investment team by driving operational efficiencies. Her recent work includes leading the roll-out of new software systems and improving internal processes to enhance client service delivery and reduce risk.

Highly regarded for her attention to detail and calm leadership, Rebecca brings together teams to deliver results on complex mandates, including notable projects such as the acquisition of the Rothbury Estate in Northumberland by the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts.
