He has a particular focus on the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor, tracking how residential demand and supply are evolving across the region.

Scott is responsible for shaping Bidwells' residential research strategy, producing thought leadership and analysing market trends to deliver data-driven insights that support clients and inform business strategy. He works closely with colleagues across the firm to provide research-led advice spanning residential development, land, planning, investment and the Living sectors.

Prior to joining Bidwells, Scott spent over 12 years at CBRE, most recently as Head of Residential Research, where he led the team's strategy and output, directing a portfolio of reports, thought leadership and bespoke consultancy projects for the residential sector.
