With international experience delivering bespoke and landscape-scale biodiversity projects, Stuart has dedicated more than a decade to natural land management and research.

Stuart has delivered over 10,000ha of peatland restoration and has experience in forestry, deer management and invasive species control. His expertise across different aspects of land management has allowed him to provide crucial advice that has helped to shape how the industry responds to the varied and overlapping nature crises.

Known for his keen eye for detail and robust practice, Stuart has used his role to hold entrenched organisations accountable, driving beneficial outcomes for the natural environment. Alongside designing and managing multi-million-pound environmental capital works projects, Stuart took an interest in macroeconomics, studying the subject during evenings at the University of St Andrews.
